We’re proud to have recently completed a project at Kelgate Manor Care home in Beverly.
The project consisted of was 2 parts – the first entailed a SFS structure, internally was mainly resilient bar to the SFS walls then sound block boards, likeise the soffits with fire line boards.
There was an element of internal partitions and the whole project plastered.
The second part of this job was a refurbishment of a 300 year old Manor House and surrounding gate houses etc.
This was a mixture of line plaster, modern methods, 2 coating, dot and dabbing and so on, acoustic and thermal upgrades were necessary to make the buildings compliant for building regulations.
